Usage
Add several capfuls of Spruce Warming Bath Essence into the stream of running water as the bathtub fills.

Tips

a) Use in your basin water for compressing and hydrating your facial skin prior to cleansing.

b) Use with a warm compress and lay over shoulders and neck. See video below.

c) Spruce Bath Essence has such an uplifting aroma it may also be used for home or office, pour a little into a bowl and add hot water for the aroma to disperse. Perfect pine-like aroma for Christmas time too!
